Tree planting with BOXofGREEN

This is how we plant trees with BOXofGREEN in most cases.

1: To plant the tree correctly, start by digging a square hole of approximately 140x140x70 cm. (If planting in very clayey soil, dig about 50 cm deeper, which is filled with drainage material)
2: Grab the 4 straps on the BOXofGREEN box and place the entire box, including the hessian sack, into the hole.
3: Fill the inner sides with growing media while the outside is filled with soil, sand, or growing media.
4: Place the tree in the middle of the hole and fill with growing media. Compact the soil thoroughly to ensure stability.
5: Secure the tree with 2-3 stakes placed on the inside of the BOXofGREEN box.
6: Finish by adding 300-400 liters of water per box within 14 days after planting.
Depending on the amount of rainfall, water 5-7 times over the first two growing seasons, but otherwise, nature will take care of it from there.

Of course, we occasionally need to adjust the solution to the task. For example, if there is only limited space in the soil, as is sometimes the case in urban environments. If the trees are to be placed on a slope. Or if the challenge is to revitalize older trees.
But we ALWAYS find a solution, regardless of the nature of the task.
